Baked Chicken With Artichokes Recipe

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In large skillet, heat oil over medium heat.
  3. Dredge chicken in bake mix.
  4. Cook chicken till lightly browned, turning once.
  5. Transfer to baking dish.
  6. Add in marinade to skillet; cook 5 min, till liquid turns syrupy.
  7. Add in onion, mushrooms, garlic, oregano and rosemary; cook 5 min, till onion is tender.
  8. Stir in artichokes and wine.
  9. Heat to boiling and season with salt and pepper.
  10. Pour onion mix over chicken, cover and bake 40 min, till chicken is tender and cooked through.
  11. This recipe yields 4 servings.
