Salmon Pasta Salad (21 Day Wonder Diet: Day 17)

  1. Cook pasta in medium saucepan of boiling water, uncovered, until just tender.
  2. Add asparagus, cook 1 minute.
  3. Drain.
  4. Meanwhile, combine cheese, rind, juice and garlic in large bowl; add pasta, asparagus and remaining ingredients to bowl.
  5. Toss to combine.
