Apple & Sake Lees Cake
- 80 grams Sake lees
- 120 grams Fresh okara
- 40 grams Maple syrup
- 100 grams Water
- 20 grams Vegetable oil
- 120 grams All-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 150 grams Apple
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- Add the sake lees, okara, maple syrup, and water to a bowl.
- Let it sit for a while, then mix well.
- Use a hand-mixer, etc.
- to smoothen the sake lees until no longer lumpy.
- Mix well.
- Once mixed, add the vegetable oil.
- Combine and sift the cake flour and salt.
- Add to the bowl and use a rubber spatula to mix well.
- Cut the apple into small pieces and coat with the lemon juice.
- Mix into the bowl with the other ingredients.
- Pour the batter into the square baking pan or other baking pan and bake in the oven at 180C for 50 minutes.
