Almond Raspberry Cookies

  1. Preheat over to 350F Place cookie dough in bowl.
  2. Chop almonds very finely.
  3. Add almonds and almond extract to dough and mix well.
  4. Using a small scoop, drop dough 2 inches apart on a flat baking stone or cookie sheet.
  5. Press finger lightly in center of dough to make indentations.
  6. Fill indentations with about 1/2 teaspoon of raspberry preserves.
  7. Bake 15-18 minutes or until cookies are light golden brown.
  8. Remove cookies to cooling rack.
  9. Cool and sprinkle with powedered sugar.
