Grilled Pork Ribs
- 6 country style pork ribs, about 6 ounces each
- 2 tbsp maggi seasoning liquid
- 2 clove crushed garlic
- 1 cup diced onion
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- In a gallon sized Ziploc bag, add ribs, maggi seasoning, crushed garlic, oil, onion and rice wine vinegar.
- Marinate for 1/2 hour in refrigerator.
- Then remove from refrigeration, flip bag and continue to marinate for 1/2 hour more at room temp.
- Get grill hot.
- Cook ribs over a medium flame setting.
- I cooked on a gas grill.
- Grill temperature was maintained at 325F.
- Grill on each side about 6-8 minutes per side.
- This depends on size and thickness.
- During cooking, brush with marinade occasionally.
- I just emptied it into a bowl and used a silicone brush.
- Final brushing of marinade must have a moment to cook.
- Do not brush on and then remove from heat.
- During cooking, use a spray bottle filled with water to extinguish any flame flare ups.
- You do not want to get chare on the meat.
