Hot Crab Spread Recipe

  2. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese and quark till smooth.
  3. Gradually add in lemon juice and lowfat milk and blend.
  4. Stir in remaining ingredients.

  6. Pour into quiche dish or possibly pie pan.
  7. Cover.
  8. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 min or possibly till warm.

  10. Serve with crackers and vegetable tray.
  11. Makes about 4 c..
