Genkotsu Soybean Flour Bites with Honey
- 30 grams / 200 grams Kinako
- 30 grams / 180 grams Honey
- 10 grams / 30 grams Ground black sesame (or white) please increase the amount of kinako if you don't have it.
- 1 Kinako for coating
- Add all of the ingredients to a bowl, and mix with a rubber spatula until it all comes together.
- It will be difficult to mix at first, but it will gather up once it begins to blend together.
- Roll the lump from Step 1 on a cutting board, and cut into your desired lengths and shapes with a knife.
- Place in a shallow dish covered in kinako soy flour, and roll them around to coat.
- Sprinkle kinako soy powder on top.
- Close the container and shake it around so the pieces are fully coated with kinako.
- Chill in the fridge, and they're done.
- They will be soft like kinako mochi if you don't chill them.
- These are also tasty.
