Genkotsu Soybean Flour Bites with Honey

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a bowl, and mix with a rubber spatula until it all comes together.
  2. It will be difficult to mix at first, but it will gather up once it begins to blend together.
  3. Roll the lump from Step 1 on a cutting board, and cut into your desired lengths and shapes with a knife.
  4. Place in a shallow dish covered in kinako soy flour, and roll them around to coat.
  5. Sprinkle kinako soy powder on top.
  6. Close the container and shake it around so the pieces are fully coated with kinako.
  7. Chill in the fridge, and they're done.
  8. They will be soft like kinako mochi if you don't chill them.
  9. These are also tasty.
