Monastery Pumpkin Bread
- 3 12 cups sifted flour
- 3 cups sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup oil
- 23 cup water
- 2 cups pumpkin
- Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl.
- combine wet ingredients in a seperate bowl.
- stir wet ingredients into the dry.
- pour batter into 3- 9x5 inch greased loaf pans.
- Bake in a 350 degree preheated oven 1hr or until a cake tester comes out clean.
- cool before slicing.
