Happy Happy Choy Choy

  1. Thoroughly combine shredded cabbage, shredded bok choy and green onion.
  2. Whisk together vinaigrette ingredients.
  3. Pour onto cabbage mixture and toss thoroughly to coat.
  4. Refrigerate for at least one hour to allow bok choy to"wilt" a little.
