Salsa Poached Chicken Thighs
- 8 pieces Boneless, Skinless Chicken Thighs
- 1/2 jars (16 Oz. Jar) Salsa Of Your Choice
- 1/2 boxes (32 Oz. Box) Chicken Broth
- 1 envelope (5g Packet) Goya Sazon Seasoning
- 1 cup Water (as Needed)
- Very EASY!
- Take broth and dump it into a pot.
- Turn heat to medium high heat.
- Add the Sazon seasoning, then the chicken, then salsa.
- If the chicken isnt covered, add the water to cover the chicken.
- I let it poach very gently for an hour at about medium heat and it was still at a nice boil with the cover on.
- After about an hour, take the cover off and let the sauce reduce.
- Serve!
