Salsa Poached Chicken Thighs

  1. Very EASY!
  2. Take broth and dump it into a pot.
  3. Turn heat to medium high heat.
  4. Add the Sazon seasoning, then the chicken, then salsa.
  5. If the chicken isnt covered, add the water to cover the chicken.
  6. I let it poach very gently for an hour at about medium heat and it was still at a nice boil with the cover on.
  7. After about an hour, take the cover off and let the sauce reduce.
  8. Serve!
