Taco-Stuffed Pasta Shells

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Pour milk over crackers in large bowl; let stand 2 min.
  3. or until crackers are softened.
  4. Add meat, cottage cheese, tomatoes, egg and 1/3 cup cilantro; mix well.
  5. Mix tomato sauce and salsa; pour 1/2 cup onto bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish.
  6. Fill each shell with 2 Tbsp.
  7. meat mixture; place in dish; top with any remaining meat mixture, tomato sauce mixture and shredded cheese.
  8. Cover.
  9. Bake 30 min.
  10. or until heated through.
  11. Sprinkle with remaining cilantro.
