Pork Tenderloin Wrapped in Bacon
- 1- 1/2 pound Pork Tenderloin
- 1 pinch Black Pepper, Or To Taste
- 4 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard, Enough To Smother Entire Tenderloin
- 4 slices Bacon, Diced
- Preheat oven to 375 F. Liberally season the pork tenderloin with black pepper.
- Smother with Dijon mustard.
- Wrap it with the slices of bacon.
- Put it into a roasting pan or on a rack that youve set inside of a baking dish.
- Bake at 375 F for 45 minutes or until cooked to desired temperature.
