Pork Tenderloin Wrapped in Bacon

  1. Preheat oven to 375 F. Liberally season the pork tenderloin with black pepper.
  2. Smother with Dijon mustard.
  3. Wrap it with the slices of bacon.
  4. Put it into a roasting pan or on a rack that youve set inside of a baking dish.
  5. Bake at 375 F for 45 minutes or until cooked to desired temperature.
