Banana Split Sauce
- 1 jar (18 ounces) cherry preserves
- 1 container (48 ounces) chocolate syrup
- 1 cup coursely chopped pecans, toasted
- 1 cup dried banana chips
- 1 jar (6 ounces) maraschino cherries, drained and coursely chopped
- In a large microwave safe bowl, microwave preserves on medium high power (80%) 4 to 5 minutes or until melted.
- Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Store in an airtight container in refrigerator.
- Serve warm or cold with ice cream or cake.
