(5 Ingredient) Slow Cooker Ranch Season Beef
- 3 pounds Chuck Pot Roast, Boneless
- 1 whole Onion, Sliced
- 13 cups Distilled White Vinegar
- 1 package Hidden Valley Ranch Packet (1.0 Oz Packet)
- 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1 Tablespoon Water
- 6 wheels French Rolls, Sandwich Size (optional)
- 6 slices Mozzarella Cheese (optional)
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- Spray your crockpot with cooking spray.
- Sprinkle the roast generously with salt and pepper.
- Add sliced onions into the crockpot and place beef on top.
- In a small bowl combine vinegar, ranch dressing mix, garlic and water.
- Stir and pour over beef.
- Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 8 hours.
- To make sandwiches: Preheat your broiler.
- Use two forks to shred beef.
- Put the bottom half of the rolls on a baking tray, with the top half next to each.
- Place beef on the bottom half of your French rolls.
- Add cheese on top of beef.
- Broil in the oven just until cheese is melted.
- Put the top on each sandwich and enjoy.
