(5 Ingredient) Slow Cooker Ranch Season Beef

  1. Spray your crockpot with cooking spray.
  2. Sprinkle the roast generously with salt and pepper.
  3. Add sliced onions into the crockpot and place beef on top.
  4. In a small bowl combine vinegar, ranch dressing mix, garlic and water.
  5. Stir and pour over beef.
  6. Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 8 hours.
  7. To make sandwiches: Preheat your broiler.
  8. Use two forks to shred beef.
  9. Put the bottom half of the rolls on a baking tray, with the top half next to each.
  10. Place beef on the bottom half of your French rolls.
  11. Add cheese on top of beef.
  12. Broil in the oven just until cheese is melted.
  13. Put the top on each sandwich and enjoy.
