Steak & Cheese Quesadilla with A.1.

  1. Saute steak strips and onions in hot oil in large skillet 20 to 25 min.
  2. or until steak is cooked through.
  3. Stir in steak sauce; cook until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  4. Keep warm until ready to use.
  5. For each serving: Spread 1-1/2 tsp.
  6. of the mustard evenly onto two of the tortillas.
  7. Top one tortilla, mustard-side up, with 1 cup of the steak mixture.
  8. Cut each of two process cheese slices diagonally in half to form a total of four triangles; arrange over steak mixture.
  9. Cover with second tortilla, mustard-side down.
  10. Cook on 350F flat-top griddle until browned on both sides and process cheese is melted.
  11. Cut into quarters to serve.
  12. Serve immediately.
