Beef Burgundy Crock Pot Recipe

  1. Wipe meat with damp paper towel.
  2. Place half vegetables on bottom of pot.
  3. Add in meat.
  4. Place the rest of the vegetables on meat and add in liquid and seasonings.
  5. Cook 10 hrs on low heat.
  6. Serves 6.

chuck roast, potatoes, carrots, onion, fresh mushroom caps, red wine, beef broth, salt
