Orchard Pork Chops
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 pork chops
- 1 onion, peeled and chopped
- 2 apples, peeled and chopped
- 4 tablespoons maple syrup
- 4 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 14 cup heavy cream
- salt and pepper
- In a large skillet heat the olive oil and brown the pork chops on both sides.
- Add the onions and apples to the skillet and cook on med until soft.
- Add the maple syrup and cider vinegar and simmer for 10 mins or until chops are tender.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Add the cream, heat through and serve.
