Body Break Barbecue Turkey Burgers

  1. Preheat broiler on high.
  2. In a bowl, combine turkey, breadcrumbs, and 3 tablespoons barbecue sauce; mix well.
  3. Form into patties.
  4. Coat broiler pan with cooking spray and wipe off excess with paper towel.
  5. Broiler burgers for 5-6 minutes on one side.
  6. Turn and continue broiling until burgers are no longer pink in center.
  7. Coat large non-stick skillet with cooking spray and wipe off excess with paper towel.
  8. Add onion and stir in remaining 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce.
  9. Cook over medium-low heat until onion is tender-crisp.
  10. Top burgers with onion and serve on lightly toasted buns.
