BBQ Shrimp Po-Boy Sandwich
- 1 pound Shrimp, 21-25 Count Peeled And Deveined
- 1/2 cups BBQ Sauce
- 4 leaves Lettuce
- 4 slices Tomato
- 4 whole Sandwich Or Hoagie Buns

- Steam shrimp in a pot for about 5 minutes until pink and opaque.
- While you are steaming them, put the BBQ sauce in a large bowl.
- When they are done, add cooked shrimp to sauce and mix to combine.
- Set aside.

- Assemble sandwiches by layering lettuce, tomato, BBQ shrimp and extra sauce if desired onto your hoagie buns.
- Serve with your favorite sides.
