Harvest Beets Recipe

• 1/4 c. vinegar
• 2 tbsp. butter
• 1 tbsp. cornstarch
• 1 can cut up beets
• 2 tbsp. sugar
• 1/4 teaspoon salt (opt.)
• 1/3 c. beet liquid

1. Combine the above ingredients, except beets in a double boiler.
2. Heat till creamy and smooth of any lumps.
3. Add in beets and cook thoroughly.
