Finger Food Okonomiyaki For Babies on Solids

  1. Mince the cabbage and add all of the ingredients to a bowl.
  2. Use a fork or similar utensil to mix.
  3. Add a bit of oil to a heated frying pan.
  4. Divide the mixture in half and cook over low-medium heat.
  5. Once they're golden brown, flip them over.
  6. Add 2 tablespoons of water to the pan and cover with a lid.
  7. Steam until the moisture is gone (about 2 minutes).
  8. Cut into desired sizes and enjoy.
  9. (If you like, top with bonito flakes.)
