Minestrone Salad
- 3 cups pasta shells, medium
- 23 cup Italian dressing
- 12 cup parmesan cheese
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 1 green pepper, medium, chopped
- 1 (15 -16 ounce) can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 (15 -16 ounce) can garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can stewed tomatoes
- Cook and drain pasta.
- Toss with remainin ingredients.
- Serve warm or cold.
