Philadelphia 3-Step Suisse Mocha Cheesecake
- 2 pkg. (250 g each) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup Maxwell House Cafe, Instant Coffee Beverage Mix, Suisse Mocha
- 2 eggs
- 1 prepared chocolate flavoured pie crust
- Beat cream cheese, sugar and coffee mix with electric mixer until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time; mix on low speed just until blended.
- Pour into crust.
- BAKE at 350F for 30-35 minutes or until centre is almost set.
- Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
