Friday's Lasagna!
- 1 eggplant
- 2 eggs
- 1 12 cups breadcrumbs
- 12 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 12 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 12 cups peppadew peppers
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 16 ounces lasagna noodles
- 1 lb fresh mozzarella ball
- batter eggplant.
- cook lasagna noodles.
- prepare vinigarette.
- arrange plates with eggplant on bottom and pasta on top.
