Sausage Lasagna

  1. Heat oven to 350 F.
  2. Cook sausage and onion in 12-inch skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until sausage is browned.
  3. Drain.
  4. Add all remaining meat sauce ingredients.
  5. Combine cottage cheese, egg and parsley in bowl.
  6. Spread 1 3/4 cups meat mixture into 13x9-inch greased baking pan.
  7. Layer with 3 lasagna noodles, 1 cup cottage cheese mixture and 6 pieces provolone cheese.
  8. Repeat layers, placing remaining provolone cheese on top layer; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  9. Bake 55-65 minutes or until cheese is lightly browned and lasagna is heated through.
  10. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
