Pasta & Broccoli with Parmesan
- 1 oz. rotini pasta, uncooked
- 1 cup chopped frozen broccoli
- 2 tsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 peeled garlic clove, minced
- 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Reduced Fat Parmesan Style Grated Topping
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice Safeway 4 ct For $5.00 thru 02/09
- 1/2 cup sliced frozen carrots
- 1 fresh peach
- 8 fl oz (1 cup) fat-free milk
- Cook pasta and broccoli according to package instructions.
- Drain, but do not rinse pasta; place into large bowl.
- Blend olive oil, garlic, parmesan cheese and lemon juice in a small bowl; pour over hot pasta and blend well.
- Fold in hot broccoli.
- Heat carrots as directed on package.
- Enjoy a fresh peach for dessert.
- Serve meal with a glass of milk.
