Pasta & Broccoli with Parmesan

  1. Cook pasta and broccoli according to package instructions.
  2. Drain, but do not rinse pasta; place into large bowl.
  3. Blend olive oil, garlic, parmesan cheese and lemon juice in a small bowl; pour over hot pasta and blend well.
  4. Fold in hot broccoli.
  5. Heat carrots as directed on package.
  6. Enjoy a fresh peach for dessert.
  7. Serve meal with a glass of milk.
