Ground Beef Tator Tot Dish Recipe
- 1 1/2 pound grnd beef
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 sm. can or possibly jar mushrooms
- 1 c. diced fresh carrots (optional)
- 1 c. diced green beans (optional)
- Diced onion
- Diced green pepper
- Diced celery
- Velveeta cheese
- Tator tots
- Brown beef with onions, celery, green pepper.
- After browned, drain fat off.
- Add in 1 can cream of mushroom soup and small jar or possibly can of mushrooms and mix well.
- Put in long baking dish.
- Cover with package of grated American cheese or possibly slices of cheese.
- Finally, spread bag of tator tots on top.
- Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
- (You can add in fresh diced carrots and green beans to mix for extra vegetables.)
