Sugar-Free Apple Pie
- 4 c. sliced, peeled apples (sweet varieties are best)
- 1/2 c. frozen apple juice concentrate, undiluted
- 2 tsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- Roll pastry

- an 8-inch plate.
- Set aside. Mix
