Pork Chops With Brown Sugar-Cider Glaze

  1. Heat oil in large nonstick skilet over medium-high heat until hot.
  2. Sprinkle pork with rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cook 4-6 minutes or until browned and slightly pink in center, turning once.
  4. Remove from skillet.
  5. Melt butter in same skillet over medium-high heat.
  6. Add shallots; cook 30 seconds or until transparent, stirring constantly.
  7. Add brown sugar; cook 30-60 seconds or until slightly thickened.
  8. Serve glaze over pork.
