Trail Mix Cookies

  1. Mix first 7 ingredients in a medium sized bowl.
  2. Mix flour and remaining ingredients in another bowl leaving aside the slivered almonds & chocolate chips.
  3. Combine wet ingredients with dry and then stir in chocolate chips and almonds.
  4. Roll into balls and place on a lightly greased baking sheet.
  5. Bake at 350 for 12 -13 minutes.
