Spinach and Artichoke Dip
- 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped/quartered
- 1 package frozen spinach, thawed, chopped
- 1 pack (8 oz.) softened cream cheese
- 1 package mozzarella cheese
- 1 ounce parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup mayo
- Mix the spinach, artichoke, cream cheese, mayo, salt & pepper, and parmesan cheese in a bowl.
- Stir until all is mixed.
- Transfer from bowl to baking dish.
- Layer mozzarella on top.
- Cook in the oven at 350F for 25 minutes.
