Weekend Salad

  1. Steam the cauliflower and string beans for 5 minutes.
  2. If you like your veggies softer, turn off heat and allow them to sit in the covered pot for another 5 minutes.
  3. Let steamed veggies cool while preparing the rest of the ingredients.
  4. Place raw veggies into salad bowl.
  5. Add cooled, steamed veggies.
  6. Drizzle oil over top.
  7. Add lemon or lime juice.
  8. Add seasonings and cheese.
  9. Toss gently.
