Peaches and Cream Cake

  1. Prepare a 9 X 13 inch cake pan with grease and flour or spray.
  2. Mix cake mix according to directions on box.
  3. (Note: The amount of eggs, oil, and water may be different on your cake mix than is listed here).
  4. Add 1 box of instant vanilla pudding mix to cake mix.
  5. Pour batter into pan.
  6. Arrange peaches, drained, on top of batter.
  7. Mix together cream cheese, sugar, and peach juice.
  8. Pour over peaches.
  9. Bake in 350 degree oven for 50 - 60 minutes unitl done.
