Green and Yellow Beans with Tarragon

  1. Bring a large saucepan of water to a boil.
  2. Add a large pinch of salt along with the beans.
  3. Cook until tender but firm, about 5 minutes.
  4. Drain.
  5. Combine the melted butter and tarragon and pour over the beans, tossing gently to mix.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
