Hot Dog Enchiladas

• 8 Hot dogs
• 8 flour tortillas 6 in
• 1 can enchilada sauce red or green (I use green)
• 1/2 can refried beans
• 1 half a small onion diced
• 1 4oz can of diced green chilies
• 8 oz bag Mexican blend cheese
• 1 salsa
• 1 cilantro

1. Pre heat oven 350
2. Pan fry hot dogs ( optional)
3. Lay out tortillas spread refried beans down the middle
4. Lay cheese on top of refried beans
5. Set hot dog in the middle and wrap
6. Spray baking dish with non stick spray spread a little enchilada sauce on bottom
7. Lay wrapped dogs in baking dish
8. Cover with onions enchilada sauce
9. Top with the rest of the cheese and diced green chilies
10. Place in oven for 45 min or until golden brown
11. Garnish with salsa and cilantro.
