Reuben Bites
- 56 woven wheat crackers
- 1-1/4 cups KRAFT Shredded Swiss Cheese, divided
- 1 can (8 oz.) sauerkraut, drained
- 1/4 lb. cooked corned beef, chopped
- 3 eggs
- 1-1/2 cups milk
- 1/4 cup GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- Heat oven to 350F.
- Arrange half the crackers in rows on bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish.
- Cover with layers of 3/4 cup cheese, sauerkraut and corned beef; top with remaining cheese and crackers.
- Whisk remaining ingredients until blended; pour over crackers.
- Bake 40 min.
- or until top is puffed and golden brown.
- Let stand 10 min.
- before cutting to serve.
