Sugar-free Stracciatella Yogurt
- 1 pound Plain Greek Or Turkish Yogurt (fat Content 10%)
- 3 Tablespoons Powdered Erythritol
- 30 drops Or To Taste Liquid Stevia, Divided Use
- 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 1 ounce, weight 100% Chocolate

- In a medium bowl, mix together the yogurt, erythritol, 20 drops stevia and the vanilla extract.
- Mix together very well.
- Refrigerate.

- Cut the chocolate into small pieces and melt it.
- You can do this in the top of a double boiler or in the microwave.
- If you do it in the microwave make sure to only heat it for about 20 seconds at a time on low heat, stir in between each additional 20 second increment and stop once smooth.

- Add 10 drops stevia to the melted chocolate and mix well with a spoon.
- 4.
- Pour half of the chocolate into the bowl with the yogurt.
- Mix fast and well with a spoon so that the chocolate solidifies into tiny chips.
- 5.
- Pour the rest of the chocolate into the bowl with the yogurt and mix again fast and well.
- 6.
- Enjoy!
