Easy Hummus Pizza
- 1 refrigerated personal-size pizza crusts or 1 pita bread, round
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons hummus
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- sliced grape tomatoes
- kalamata olive
- sauteed onions and garlic (optional)
- goat cheese
- salt and pepper
- basil leaves (small handful)
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- Brush pizza crust with olive oil.
- Mix hummus and lemon juice together and spread onto crust.
- Top with tomatoes, olives, onions/garlic, and goat cheese.
- Salt and pepper.
- Bake until crust is crisp (about 10 minutes).
- Top with fresh basil leaves.
- Enjoy.
