EASY Chicken Curry
- 2 cups Cooked Chicken, Diced
- 1 package Creamy Pasta Tuna Helper
- 3- 1/4 cups Water
- 1/4 cups Milk
- 2 Tablespoons Margarine
- 2 teaspoons Curry Powder
- Coconut (optional)
- Raisins (optional)
- Peanuts (optional)
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Cook and dice chicken.
- Boil water.
- Mix uncooked noodles, the sauce mix, the diced chicken, the boiling water, and all remaining ingredients in an ungreased 9x9 or 9x13 pan.
- Add more or less curry powder depending on how strong you like the flavor.
- Cover and bake 30 minutes or until pasta is tender, stir.
- Let stand uncovered 5 minutes or until sauce is thick.
