- 1 *you will also need the ingredients used to prepare your desired cake mix..each one varies, so i didn't set ingredients for them.
- 1 packages cool whip
- 1 packages vanilla instant pudding mix
- 1 cup softened cream cheese
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 2/3 pints strawberry

- Prepare cake mix as directed on box and pour onto the top of sliced strawberries
- Bake as directed on box or@350 for 30-35minutes or until toothpick poked into center comes out clean.
- (try to keep temperature lower as to not burn or "caramelize"strawberry bottom)
- To make topping: mix cream cheese, whip topping, pudding mix and vanilla together in a big bowl fold together then whip for a few minutes, cover and set in fridge
- When cakes are cooled flip each one out upside down onto a plate..(as you would a pineapple upside cake)
- Frost one of the two with topping then add the other unfrosted cake to the top of the frosted cake, strawberry side down.
- Frost second layer
- Finish by adding strawberry flower to top.
- start by arranging bigger ones on bottom to smaller on top and finish center with one small berry
