Chinese Roast Chicken Recipe
- 1 c. soy sauce
- 6 tbsp. red wine
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger pwdr
- 4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 4 1/2 tbsp. hoisin sauce
- Healthy pinch of garlic pwdr
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper (black)
- Chicken, cut into pcs (2 breasts, 8 thighs, 8 legs)
- Mix together all ingredients except meat.
- Place chicken and sauce in a plastic bag.
- Coat chicken and marinate.
- Place on 11x17 inch pan skin side down.
- Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour, turning once.
- Reserve sauce from bottom of pan.
- Serve with rice and peas the sauce for chicken and rice.
