Chinese Roast Chicken Recipe

  1. Mix together all ingredients except meat.
  2. Place chicken and sauce in a plastic bag.
  3. Coat chicken and marinate.
  4. Place on 11x17 inch pan skin side down.
  5. Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour, turning once.
  6. Reserve sauce from bottom of pan.
  7. Serve with rice and peas the sauce for chicken and rice.
