Slow-Cooker Olive Turkey
- 3 pounds Turkey Drumsticks
- 16 ounces, weight Jar Of Salsa
- 1 can Sliced Black Olives With Brine (about 3 Ounces)
- 1/2 cups Shredded Colby Or Mexican Blend Cheese
- Place drumsticks in slow-cooker.
- Cover with salsa and olives (with olive brine/juice).
- Cook on high for 4-5 hours or until internal temperature of 180F is reached.
- Serve drumsticks with sauce scooped over them and sprinkled with colby cheese.
