Cottie's layered salad
- 2 cup Ditalini pasta,small macaroni, cooked
- 2 tbsp Italian salad dressing
- 1/2 cup Green onion. Chopped
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 cup Mayonnaise. I use light mayo
- 4 cup Romain lettuce
- 1 cup Peas. I use frozen
- 1 cup Cauliflower. Chopped
- 1 cup Broccoli. Chopped
- 1 large Red pepper. Chopped
- 1/2 cup Cheese, shredded
- 6 each Strips of cooked bacon, cooked and crumbled
- Mix mayo.
- Lemon juice., sugar and garlic
- Mix pasta, 1/2 green onions, italian dressing
- Layer romain, pasta mix, peas, cauliflower, broccoli, red pepper
- Cover in mayo mixture to seal
- Top with bacon and cheese
- Refrigerate for a while.
- Like 2 hours
- Mix before serving
- Still good the next day
