Southwest Quesadillas
- 1 beef skirt steak (1/2 lb.)
- 1 cup KRAFT Mexican Style 2% Milk Finely Shredded Four Cheese
- 1/2 cup frozen corn, thawed
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
- 8 flour tortillas (6 inch)
- 1/4 cup A.1. Southwest Habanero Sauce
- Heat grill to medium heat.
- Grill steak 5 to 6 min.
- on each side or until medium doneness.
- Meanwhile, combine cheese, corn, onions and cilantro.
- Cut steak across the grain into thin strips; toss with A.1.
- Spoon onto 4 tortillas; top with cheese mixture and remaining tortillas.
- Grill 1 to 2 min.
- on each side or until cheese is melted and quesadillas are lightly browned on both sides.
