Juicy Chinese Stewed Pork Belly Blocks

  1. Cut the pork belly block horizontally into 3 sections.
  2. Pan-fry until crispy browned.
  3. Boil.
  4. Place the meat into the pressure cooker and pour in enough water to just cover the meat.
  5. Add the ginger and leek.
  6. Pressurize for 15 minutes.
  7. Leave it as is until it's time to open the lid.
  8. Flavor.
  9. Cut the boiled pork into 2-3 pieces vertically.
  10. Pour in all of the sauce ingredients and bring to a boil.
  11. Coat the meat with the sauce as it boils down.
