Mussel Tomato And Chilies
- 500 grams Mussel
- 1/2 cup Tomato sauce
- 1 Chilli
- 2 tsp Tabasco
- 50 grams Onion
- 1 clove Garlic
- 50 ml White wine
- 1/2 Lemon
- 1 slice Coriander
- Saut?
- onions , garlic in a pan then add the white wine and mussels steam off for 3 mins
- Then add the tomato, chillies and Tabasco sauce and cook again for another 5 mins
- Place just the mussels into a bowl and add the sauce over the top , place a wedge of lemon for decoration and to squeeze to add flavour
- Finely chop some coriander to place over the top
