Mussel Tomato And Chilies

  1. Saut?
  2. onions , garlic in a pan then add the white wine and mussels steam off for 3 mins
  3. Then add the tomato, chillies and Tabasco sauce and cook again for another 5 mins
  4. Place just the mussels into a bowl and add the sauce over the top , place a wedge of lemon for decoration and to squeeze to add flavour
  5. Finely chop some coriander to place over the top
