Cappuccino Mousse
- 3-3/4 qt. Cold milk
- 5 pkts. JELL-O Chocolate Flavor Sugar Free Reduced Calorie Instant Pudding
- 30 pkt. SANKA Decaffeinated Coffee
- 2-1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 2-1/2 qt. Prepared DREAM WHIP Whipped Topping
- Place milk, pudding mix, instant coffee and cinnamon in bowl of electric mixer fitted with wire whip attachment.
- Beat on low speed just until moistened.
- Scrape bowl.
- Beat on medium speed 3 minutes or until smooth and creamy.
- Fold in whipped topping.
- Spoon 1/2 cup of the pudding mixture into each of 10 stemmed glasses or cappuccino cups.
- Refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving.
