Spaghetti Bolognese
- 2 onions
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 2 kg beef mince
- 2 capsicums
- 500 g mushrooms
- 400 g tomatoes
- 1 (500 g) jar pasta sauce
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 dash salt and pepper
- 2 cups water
- Sautee the onion and garlic in olive oil for a few minutes.
- Brown the mince until all liquid has disappeared.
- Chop all vegetables and add to the mince along with the remaining ingredients.
- Stir and pressure cook for about 10 minutes.
