Easy Vegetable Salad
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can French style green beans
- 11 ounces shoe peg corn
- 1 (15 ounce) can sweet peas
- 1 (2 ounce) jar pimientos
- 1 cup onion, finely cut
- 1 cup celery, finely cut
- 12 cup green pepper, finely cut
- 12 cup sugar
- 34 cup vinegar
- 1 12 teaspoons salt
- 12 teaspoon black pepper
- 12 cup oil
- put all cans into a colander and drain well.
- Then in large mixing bowl combine all the vegetables and coat with the sauce.
- Refridgerate until ready to use.
- Sauce will keep by itself for several weeks in a tightly fitted jar in refridgerator.
