Grilled Cheese With a Kick

  1. Place bread in a skillet on medium heat.
  2. Add butter to pan to prevent sticking (optional).
  3. Lightly toast bread on both sides.
  4. Put cheese directly in pan to slightly melt.
  5. After cheese is slightly melted, place cheese on bread using a spatula.
  6. Fold bread over onto instelf.
  7. (Fold in half).
  8. Place grilled cheese on plate and eat.
